Attended University of London where he received a degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Acoustics and Vibration Technology in 1974. He has then worked as a consulting engineer in London, as a researcher at the Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment in Grenoble, France and at the National Physical Laboratory in England where he dealt with the psychoacoustical effects of helicopter noise. He moved to Denmark in 1976 and entered Brüel & Kjær where he has worked with most fields in sound and vibration including building acoustics, sound intensity, array techniques, transducers and helicopter monitoring. At present he is Product Manager dealing with Noise Source Identification techniques with particular emphasis on the wind energy market segment.
