Brüel & Kjær introduces the new Noise Monitoring Terminal 3639-A/B providing customers with reliable, continuous operation designed for unattended use in all climatic environments.
With a modern analysis platform and based around Brüel & Kjær’s award-winning Type 2250 Sound Level Meter, the new Noise Monitoring Terminal includes many features and enhancements such as:
- Secured data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with extensive battery lifespan
- Automated and live data download over the Internet
- Type approved NMT (IEC 61672-1 sound level meter standard Class 1)
- Removable award-winning Type 2250 which can be used as a stand-alone sound level meter
- Growth path to meet future requirements
- Complies with ISO 1996-2.2 regarding automatic windscreen correction
Using Environmental Noise Management Software Type 7843, the Noise Monitoring Terminal can be controlled by a remote PC, and the Noise Monitoring Software in Type 2250 automatically streams the date to the Environmental Noise Management Software, where the data can be viewed on maps.
The new Noise Monitoring Terminal is designed to work unattended as part of an environmental noise monitoring system for permanent or mobile monitoring in all climatic environments, as well as industrial, urban and rural conditions.
