PULSE Approved for Aircraft Noise Certification

Following the INTA’s (Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial) completion of noise tests of the new Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) Aircraft, PULSE has been approved for aircraft noise certification according to international standards.

Based on testing and extensive validation work at Brüel & Kjær headquarters, Brüel & Kjær’s noise data acquisition, analysis, recording and reproducing system complies with the International Civil Aviation Organization Annex 16, Volume 1, Fourth Edition, Appendix 2.

The validation is a general approval of the PULSE Data Acquisition and Analysis System for noise certification of all types of aircraft.
